He is recognized as a highly effective consultant and trainer in helping organization leaders plan and execute transformational change. He has co-founded and led a variety of workshops around the world on organization transformation and change leadership. The primary focus of his work over the past decade has been consulting, teaching and writing to help leaders and leadership teams develop competencies in strategic thinking, planning, implementation, and decision making.
