Cheryl has over 20 years of Leadership Development, Team Development, Strategy Development, Organization Design, and Change Management experience. She integrates extensive experience and deep knowledge in these areas in her work as an executive coach and consultant to elevate performance in complex systems and help executives and organizations achieve unsurpassed results. Cheryl has deep experience in Healthcare, Hi-tech, academia, manufacturing, energy, financial, consulting, government and non-profit organizations. Gary has 35 years of experience consulting to private, public and non-profit organizations. Gary has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries including high technology fabrication and assembly, heavy manufacturing, consumer food products, health care, training and education, chemical production, oil transport, law enforcement and corrections, and public education. His consulting practice focuses primarily on guiding clients through major systems changes to create high performance work systems.
Zenia is an Associate at Strategic Focus Associates, based in the Washington DC area. She has more than 25 years of experience leading major organizational change efforts from small startups to Fortune 50 businesses. Zenia has deep experience in working in the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to drive organizational change across large complex systems, incorporating organizational design, change management, integrated talent management, and team effectiveness interventions. Zenia has consulted to client organizations in a variety of sectors including higher education, financial services, federal government, technology, government contracting, manufacturing, and nonprofit.
Pete has over 30 years experience in the fields of dispute resolution, negotiation, organizational development/culture change, facilitation, and leadership development/coaching, including serving 17 years as senior partner in the consulting firm of Carr Swanson & Randolph, and 12 years with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). He has provided a wide range of dispute resolution, facilitation, training, leadership development and dispute systems design services in the United States and abroad having worked with over 50 Federal, State, local and tribal governments and has trained over 3,000 mediators, leaders and negotiators. In addition to his extensive domestic practice, he is actively involved in international work, having provided dispute resolution and negotiation services, leadership development, training and conflict coaching assistance in 23 countries.
Meg, an Associate for Strategic Focus Associates, is a communications professional with over 16 years of experience. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, she has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries including higher education clients, technology companies, medical practices, fine arts organizations, and many in the nonprofit space. Her work primarily focuses on developing communication materials as well as graphic design and editing formal project documentation for project teams. Meg also has significant experience managing projects for national and international corporate, nonprofit, and small business clients.
